Because its True, and its a Term that is often used when describing someone or something that is Bullying others to get their way, NCSOFT just doesnt want TERA to launch when one of their games is coming out...

It has happened a great many times before in the past with a great number of other Businesses... Big Fat Cat Companys do NOT like Competition and are often non-competitive... and will do anything to try and Disrupt another company by Bullying them with Legal crap

Not sure im buying this not guilty and no pending charges for 5.7 million, seems like they are holding back on spending money on servers (that is traditionally cheap as *UCK to run servers... so says A.net who umm... doesnt get paid monthly for the mmos they run and make.) So yeah, lets see some money spending here for the people who spent money on pre-orders to play the game before the crazy amount of masses come in and try to play for free.
