We have completed the process and the golden dragon weapon skins are available by using the Item Claim menu after logging out of the game and logging back in!

As a thank you gift for our customers, we have announced that those who have purchased TERA by May 31st will receive the Golden Dragon weapon skins, cosmetic items you can attach to any weapon type to change its appearance. These items will be distributed today and you will be able to claim them through the Item Claim menu option. Please note that these items will become available by 11:59PM PDT, June 1 for everyone who’s purchased TERA before June. It may take a brief amount of time for everyone receive the item and we will update you when this process is complete. Once this is complete, you will be able to use the Item Claim after logging out of the game and logging back in.
