to be clear here, do they spawn when you kill a mob? or do they just spawn randomly and hang out with the other mobs

I get that its an event and all, but this is way to ambiguous.


Ive killed a number on my 46 zerker in Val Palrada, and from what i can tell, they spawn separate from normal mobs and wander in or around them.

The eggs dropped are also random cause i have got a bunch of bronze, silver, and gold in the same area.

its true, can it be make like bind on pick (or bind on open the egg) so, the iten will be linked and personal for each char, and save some space at backpack

Whats so hard about leaving an event open 24/7? Seriously, this timed bull[filtered] in this game makes it much less compelling - i play games on my time when I am ready to play. Not on someone else's schedule. I pay the same amount as everyone else, why shouldn't i have the same access to content? Especially BS "just for fun" style content, like this?

Try telling that to all the other mmo's that have events that are open 24/7 for the duration of said event.


Considering this event provides many items that are valubale and rare in-game I don't think it would make sense to have it open 2/47 as that would cause huge problems for the economy.

50% health pots usable in combat and the best Crux crystals in game are hardly items that should be finding their ways into players inventories 24 hours a day for a week.

I've already got 4 of those potions, an Anarchic, Savage and Acrimonious.

Has anyone gotten anything other than glasses? I really like the Aesthetic items events bring and after getting 3 pairs so far im wondering if there is anything else aside from those.
At this point i'm only holding out a little hope for the mount x.x but after playing WoW for 5 years and doing their holiday events with like a .001% drop rate im starting to think it's a lost cause.

why on earth not? those are really useful, ive found several crystals that went right into use and who wouldnt have a use for those health pots in a BAM or boss fight, i make money selling potions and elixirs but i wont say this will hurt my profits, it will if anything, remind people how useful these things are. the event potions will be used up in time and people will go back to the economy buying the regular kind all us alchemists brew :D

an abundance of useful crystals would also ideally bring the more expensive ones down in price

I have to add that the ruby rims are pretty neat ;)

We need a permanent solution to the crystal mess, not a short event that creates have's and have not's based on people's time zones and work schedules. All this has done is increase the randomness and luck based aspects of the game. Disenfranchising a portion of your player base accomplishes nothing but more sub losses.

Why not just put the eggs back into the quests so people can work toward them and earn them on their own schedules? If you are worried about crystals becoming too common, then adjust their drop rate from the eggs or their breakage rate on deaths.
