What EME and BHS doesn't understand is the Market for originality is growing more each year. Most players like myself couldn't give a rat's [filtered] about the western Market anymore. We played this before we've done this before we are now looking for something New something different.

We are not looking for the same [filtered] we have been playing year and year for the last 10 years.... Turning it into the same [filtered] will make us search for something else.

OFC they didnt come out and say "Hey buy TERA its just like its asian counterpart" Who in their right mind would market like that!?!?!?

Nitlze, I'm aware its your opinion, but you and many others, have a way of saying things where it just simply seems like "I dont need the feature so nobody else does" because when it all boils down its a feature. Pet shops dont ruin the AH and mischieve boxes aren't forced on anyone.

The already announced changes already scream that the enchanting system is going to be altered, now changing that will definitly mess up tera. Why do i assume this? The boxes were RNG for people who wanted to use them, but rather than adjust the rate they just dropped it! If they didnt like the RNG in boxes i'll tell you right now they definitly dont like how enchanting RNG is! The BOP changes also directly affect enchanting. While it may not be all items being changed it will be enough that will require ALOT of dungeon spamming just to get sacrificials to be able to enchant!

Do you see where im going with this now at all?

Yes, clearly you know better just walking in the door, than the people who've been following Tera for the last 2 years. Who've been playing MMOs for a long period of time. And generally display a fundamental understanding of how the genre works.

Coming in the door, you are saying everything is wrong, wrong, wrong! It has to be like this! this has to be like that! and if, and if En Masse doesn't change it, the game will die! You are not the first person to say this. And the only reason i'm responding to you, is because I have an absurd level of patience. Because most people on this forum are not going to bother responding to this. For the hundred thousandth time.

You'll get fed up with what EME is doing, leave and find a different asian MMO, and the world will keep turning. Just because Tera is not right for you, does not mean it's right for anyone. This has been their plan from day 1. They've told us about it from day 1. You seem shocked that they are doing this, because this is your day 1. You may feel it is condescending to you, but I cannot stress enough you lack vital understanding about the company as a whole. And if you don't like it. Save yourself some hair and find an MMO that works for you.

Just to clarify, buying golds for Enchanting is the worst thing you can do. The concept of forcing you to run dungeons for enchanting instead of buying it, is flawed. Mainly because those who are going for +9/+12 in the end game will not spend the absurd amount of gold to buy the items when they might already have a stockpile, regardless of being purchased or not. Or they will farm BAMs, which gets you gold, items and tokens to buy vendor gear. Which gets you the items you need, and spare cash.

To straight up buy items, can be up to 10x more expensive then spending the time to farm the items yourself. The only way that the BOP argument makes sense is if you are entirely reliant on Chronoscrolls for gold.

And even Chager later clarified not all gear will be BOP

Prove to me you have been following Tera for the last two years instead of the last 2 months.
