My hubby and I are also in Canada. Pre-ordered from an EB games store in Ontario about a week ago. We called them up tonight and they say they still don't have codes. When we asked them when they hope to have them available we were told 'in about a month'. Not very reassuring, but I'm hoping that was just a shop person who didn't know what they were talking about rather than a true estimate from an informed source. I've pre-ordered through the EME store now so I can get into the beta this weekend, but we're keeping our EB pre-order in case my hubby decides he wants a copy after he's seen me playing tomorrow.
For those that have asked Beta starts tomorrow (Friday) at 12pm (Noon) PST (Westcoast NA) and ends Sunday @ 11:59pm, 1 minute before midnight.
:( hopefully sends me a code before I go to sleep.. Ordered from amazon and still no luck.. Sent all my information their way tho about the amazon order.. hopefully they get back to me with a download in the next 2 hours for i can download overnight

For Amazon Pre-Orders do we send in the support ticket with an image of the invoice?
I contacted Amazon customer service last night and they are now telling me that they checked with their marketing department and Amazon is not participating in this promotion.
I'm getting back to them on the issue, but I doubt I'll get anywhere with them since Amazon does not list Beta participation on their page.
I refuse to pre-order from Gamestop so I'll guess I'll just sit this one out and wait for either an Open Beta or Amazon/EnMasse to get their crap together.
