En Masse have to make sure your Payment goes though... otherwise they can give you the Gift and then you can withdraw your payment...

Once we get the Cronoscrolls at launch I believe ? this would be the main problem, people could play for free after withdrawing their payment, so I would expect other Gifts would require you to wait till your payment goes though
