I will add my hat to the pile and say that they need to remove the "significant" buffs and loot bonuses from the dungeon finder. It's supposed to be a convenient tool for the lonely players, not the only way to do things. Now no one will NOT use it, just so they will get the boosts. Congratulations on destroying that EME.

relax your face dude. You shouldn't have to be a total nerd alert to play this game and be in a massive guild with a bunch of dorks that have no real life and don't work office jobs to find groups for dungeons. The dungeon finder should be the primary method for getting to dungeons in this game not the other way around.

Ah I see. I guess that would be a problem then. But then again even in the CBTs I didn't really feel like the community was any good anyway...everyone was simply rushing to cap anyway. Maybe things will be different though upon OBT/Launch .

Well, they make the game more and more casual and accessible to casual players. I just hope they can keep up with the results of making everything more casual. EME would literally have to release new quality content every 3 months and that's stretching it. If they release crappy content too fast, game goes to hell. If they take too long to release quality content, game goes to hell. Exhibit A: Rift

I played WOW for 5 years with 200 days /played doesn't get much less casual than that which was fine in college. But when you're done and you have to get on with it and actually find a job you can't just do that anymore. Being more accessible to casual players will benefit Tera in the long run and help attract a more mature crowd. I"m sure they know what they're doing so we just have to trust them.

People rushing to cap won't change on any server type. Especially on a PvP server, where speed leveling is exactly what you have to do.

I am happy with this news. If I were to define myself as an MMO player, I would say I am a dungeon runner before anything else. Although I never got high enough in the CBTs to try any of the dungeons, I am glad to see there is a good list of them, as well as a dungeon matchmaker system going in.

I was already planning to play TERA, but I didn't expect it to cater this much to my interests.

That requires good consensual pvp systems ie Battlegrounds, Arena, Castle/Territory sieges, Tournaments, and RAIDs. I hope EME can provide that quick enough before the mass exodus like in Aion and RIFT.

Lets wait and only rage once it comes into release.

All of you complaining that the there are only 3 dungeons for lvl 60. Well if they haven't redesigned the dungeons to lvl 58, all the lvl 60ppl would run them for 1 or 2 days, then hit the hardmode. So makes sense to me what they are doing.

And yeah hardmode is probably lvl 60 loot. No way they would suggest it to lvl 60s and make drops for lvl 58s.

One thing I'm curious is that, I heard the Group matching system is not listing warriors as tanks. Can anyone confirm if this was fixed on Ktera or if En has any word on it?

Cheers.

Agreed, but you say three, others say two, but it seems some of the TERA community can't count to five.

Dungeon Level Dungeon Level
Bastion of Lok 20 --- Ebon Tower 58
Sinestral Manor 26 --- Ebon Tower (Hard) 60*
Cultists' Refuge 35 --- Kelsaik's Nest 58
Necromancer Tomb 41 --- Kelsaik's Nest (Hard) 60*
Sigil Adstringo 45 --- Labyrinth of Terror 58
Golden Labyrinth 48 --- Labyrinth of Terror (Hard) 60*
Akasha's Hideout 48 --- Balder's Temple 60
Akasha's Hideout (Hard) 48* --- Balder's Temple (Hard) 60*
Ascent of Saravash 48 --- Fane of Kaprima 60
Saleron's Sky Garden 53 --- Fane of Kaprima (Hard) 60*
Suryati's Peak 56
* Hard mode is intended for well-equipped characters.

I'm sure this looks ugly, but I want it visible on this forum page.

Look.

Look closer.

Theeeerrrree ya go. Dough-heads.

No offense to you, personally, I just grabbed the first one I saw on the last page to quote.

Dough-heads? Really?

EME have edited that many times since originally posting it. That's why people are posting different numbers. Originally it was not clear and had only 2 level 60 hard-modes.

I wonder if EME have another mistake by listing Akasha's Hideout as a level 48 hard-mode, since that would be an exception to the definition of the other hard-modes.

Thanks. I like this feature (don't care for the extra loot, but I'm not complaining either). Good thing my husband and I are rolling healer/tank. Instant pops for us. ;]
