When we buy the Pre-order CE, does it matter if we are from Euro or USA, i mean can we play all those dates up untill release?

You should get that one automatically with whatever pre-order you choose. Digital CE or Physical will have both mounts.

All CE preorders have 2 mounts the one form EnMasse comes with the horse any physical copy depending on retailer will have a different mount than the horse all CE come with the lion. Seriously it was posted on twitter like 10 times and i posted it in amazon and its written in these very forums. There wont be a Tera for long if people barrage the same questions at the company to the point they loose their minds instead of using the all mighty "google".

And the different retailer mounts haven't been announced yet expect to find out what they are when the actual Retail copy's go up in NA.

I also stated it was posted on the product comments and on these very forums not just Twitter. Not to mention on the store page it even states "En Masse exclusive White Stallion" which is what comes with the "En Masse retail copy" as stated before all retail copy's will have a different mount depending on retailer and all CE get the lion.

Its been a question asked repeatedly and answered repeatedly and if you were confused to the answer as it seems here you were "the way they have the information for the different mounts made it seem like the horse was for the physical copy only." You now know how its being done.
