Hey TERA players,

We've pinpointed the cause of the inaccurate remaining subscription time, an issue that's affecting about 2000 accounts. We've configured these accounts so that those players will be able to continue adventuring in TERA while we work to resolve the issue on the backend, where it won't affect you or your friends and guildmates.

But I still have only 1 day left in my account? I suppose to have a month.

How can you say you have addressed the issue , The only reason I have 2 days left on my account is that I waited 4 hours to talk to a customer support person .

Where is the 30 days play that We paid for? I assume that you will credit all 2000 accounts with 30 days play as well as email them reassuring them that their sescriptions will come out at the end of that 30 days.

I have had my account fixed twice though the customer support are brilliant when u eventually get onto them .

Please post your proposed solution for this issue as there are a great number of us that are very upset about how this transpired . We expect beta to release not to always go to plan but when it comes to accounts , This is the first mmo who has had this issue and not seemed they have done everything in their power to fix the issue.

Mabyee I am being to critical on you but this is the third time that my account has had an issue .
And I know of others who have the same issue .

I really like your game and I know in the long run things will properly be fixed but Account issues and broken promises promises regardless the reason hurt your game in the long run and I really don't want to be waiting on support calls for 4 hours every month cause of an account issue.

Look at Subscription==> Exp Date: May 3rd
Step 1: Click on Manage Subscription.
Step 2: ????
Step 3: Profit.

Look at Subscription again ==>Exp Date: Jun 03, 2012, Billing: $0, Email informing you when the next payment will be and the definition of "recurring payment".

Figure the rest on your own on what to do after Jun 03, 2012...

I had purchased (and was charged for) a month recurring sub. I was not allowed to apply it to my account yet because before I put in my key, I was still a trial account. After applying my Collectors Edition key first, my sub updated saying it would expire Jun 3. I was then able to apply my purchased subscription credit to my account, which updated my expiration date to... Jun 4

One extra day for the cost of a month haha. Contacted support chat and all they could tell me was "we're fixing it, hang tight." Hope they fix this soon. At least I can play in the meantime..

I cant even setup my sub..........Payment Authorization Failed!!!

Srsly I havent got my 30 days game time back, and I cant even try to fix by active my sub.

I bought my copy from the online store and I was also charged today and then only given 3 days of subscription. This has not been fixed on my account

This DOESNT HAPPEN AND I have had support fix my account 3 times and it is still Broken!!!!
