i remember like 15 years ago i was playing games that had working subscriptions. its good to know they break things that are seemingly unbreakable.

I have played many online games and this is so far the most stupid thing I have ever experienced. Just bought the retail package yesterday and now its expired already. Still not fixed right now, hope they do it fast. Everyone whoever is experiencing the same problem please post at here and make your voice heard.

lame.. says my account will be active from 5-4-12 till 5-4-12.... so i guess i cant play till tomorrow and then only to have it get expired later on tomorrow aswel >.>

Well after 5 more hours in Live Chat queue (90+ phone minutes, 8-9 live chat queues and 3 support tickets). I had 3 days more game time credited to my account (which was already charged a 3 month subscription) so I can continue to play (great). But I was told to just "Wait" and it would be fixed "Soon" (not so great). I also asked about any possible "our bad" freebies from EME (extra free gametime, ce upgrades for standard accounts, vanity items, anything) and got "At this time no" response (disappointing). I had a billing situation handled by another MMO company within the last year or so, that wasn't even this much hassle (only one support ticket, with a follow up one for more info), credit me with an additional free month and a few vanity type items. Oh well, every company is ran differently...its always good to keep the paying customer happy though. Back to hoping and waiting they get this figured out this weekend.

bought the game yesterday. excited to play after work today... didnt get the chance.. nearly bed time and still cant play. wont be able to try again till tomorrow evening. way to kill all the excitement i had for this game.
