nothing fixed here.... still can not log in, all i get is: TERA - Collector's Edition
- Subscription not found or has expired

do i need to call? all i did is submid a ticket!

I don't know... this is what u find unter support for the problem:

We are currently investigating the issue regarding the "Subscription not found or has Expired" error message.

If you have purchased TERA, applied your game code and set up your subscription; and are experiencing this error please contact Support for added gametime while we continue to work this issue. Please keep in mind it will take us 24-48 hours to resolve this error.


But i am not sure what way since they got 4 diffrent ways to get a hold of them.

I'm in the same boat, and I've been waiting in the live chat queue for about 5 hours now. I started at 613 in the queue and I'm down to 177th now. This is a tad ridiculous tbh.
