Waited 5+ hours for Live chat queue, went to the bathroom..missed the "GM" 3 tickets and 24 hours later and this still hasn't been fixed!

This is getting rediculous. How is something like this even happening, rookie rookie rookie mistake... All day been unable to play, along with many many others (I'd bet way more than 2000). Grep the bloody files, anyone with a valid cd key has time now don't they?? Stop dealing with this on a case by case basis and do it all at once.

What's bothering me the most is that they continue to deal with this 1-1. Their CS is flooded, PR is going to be a mess. And all the need to do right now is open up everyone's account, then fix the problem, and tada! We get to play and you don't have thousands of people yelling at you while you're trying to find this problem.

P.s. God forbid a couple people might get in for free right?

Best bet guys is to call them directly, I mean I had to wait hours just to get someone but at least I was speaking with someone at that point. I got my problem resolved in just 5 minutes after that.

Also you need to click on Redeem Subscriptions in your account overview after you placed in your code from your retail box.

I had this problem on the 1st before my box copy arrived from Amazon. It took me a few hours to get fixed, and I was thanking god that I received Tera in the mail today. BUT now I went and entered the activation code for the box copy... And I have 2 Tera subscriptions now. One of them says expired, the other says active, but has no characters on it (of course)~ Seriously, guys. Grr..

Back on the Live Chat queue for 3 hrs now, and on hold on the phone (it said 23 minutes) now has been 2hrs 45 min or so. FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. >:(

EDIT: Oh yeah, and the phone 'hold' music is like, angry music. Not helping me relax heh.

I'm in the same boat, and I've been waiting in the live chat queue for about 5 hours now. I started at 613 in the queue and I'm down to 177th now. This is a tad ridiculous tbh.


Well, for whatever reason I now have an active subscription again. I'm still 50 odd people back in the queue for customer service, but when I decided randomly to check my subscription it said it was valid and my next bill date is 1/31/9000. Maybe they finally isolated the accounts that were affected and fixed it?

I just wanted to say going ahead and setting up your subscription seemed to really work for me! I have 2 accounts also, i have the same issue as DeMint, one shows the correct time, and the other still says expired. I'm going to guess that the system thinks that the same card being used for two accounts is strange, so it's blocking one, but only time will tell. At least i can play now!
