I can play now, but have been charged for 2 recurring subscription payments of 35.85 each. One subscription is mine, but apparently I didn't receive the 30 days. The other subscription is bogus. Have a ticket submitted. This is an expensive glitch...

I still had 0 days left on my sub this morning, had to contact support to get 3 days more for the "codes to come through." Not sure what that means, but for me the issue is still unresolved as I only have 3 more days till I have to ask for another extension.
Look at Subscription==> Exp Date: May 3rd
Step 1: Click on Manage Subscription.
Step 2: ????
Step 3: Profit.
Look at Subscription again ==>Exp Date: Jun 03, 2012, Billing: $0, Email informing you when the next payment will be and the definition of "recurring payment".
Figure the rest on your own on what to do after Jun 03, 2012...
