Every 2mins I'm getting disconnected because "my game time is expired" but I should have free 30days. Can we get this fixed? My boyfriend is having the same issue.
if this isnt fixed by tommorow im going to be very pissed off. And if not they better give us some more free game time for the 3 days I haven't been able to play. And fix their so called 24/7 live chat service. I get to 0 in the queue after 5 hours and then it says there's no agent.. wtf eme. You're announcing you have 24/7 support not true, and announcing twice that you have fixed the problem both are not true while clearly everyone that has been affected by this problem is still getting the error
