Ticket has gone unanswered since about midnight Friday night. Its 6pm Saturday as I write this.
So can we have an update on this or do we just get to shut up and wait for god knows how long like good children? An approximate guess at a fix time would be awesome so were not checking back every 20 minutes just in case its working again.

I have tickets in for every day since friday and none of mine have been answered

Over 2000 players, that can be a huge whopper of complaints and support tickets/etc. This can be a huge time consumer, I really hope you guys figure it out sooner or later.

Well i was kinda unsure if i even wanted to play this game past the 30 day subscription that comes with the game. I guess the good folks at Tera made this decision for me!

That still doesn't even add up correctly - I'm still missing 2 days, and if the 30 days did begin on the first day of head start, then I do feel we should be compensated for that missed time by adding time to the end of the so-called 30 days . . .
