Also, I have to change what I said earlier - I checked again today and they did put my ending 30 days at May 31, so Thank You Enmasse.

However, Rose, please bombard them with phone calls if you've paid for the game and can't play it. If you were trying to use a buddy code, well, that's over as of 4/30. =(

Just to let anyone know if their account is still flagged as a "Trial" account and purchased a digital copy of Tera through a 3rd party retailer--

You don't need to go through the online chat queue for Enmasse, and you don't need to go through your retailer's customer support. Check your email for something from your retailer, around the date of May 1. In there, you should find a second code. This was the REAL game code, the other one was just a pre-order trial. Why they made two separate codes and why nobody was informed of how this was being handled, beyond me. Enter it in through "My Account" just as if you had bought the game for the first time, apply it to your Tera account, and voila! Standard/Collectors Edition.

If you don't have that code in your email, off to your retailer's Customer Support you go...Enmasse won't help you without a receipt/confirmation code/ or actual game code.

NOTE: To activate your 30 days of free game time you have to set up a subscription and redeem it to your account. Then cancel it right away.

when i bought it from gamestop they didn't print out a code for me. my code was on the back of the game booklet in side the game case. everything worked fine with my account when i entered the code first then did the sub

I can get in game, it shows i have a subscription on my account but after 5-10 mins of being in game i get booted and get this error message. Gametime Expired Error:0104:8000

Still nothing has been working..... says I have a subscription and everything. Been this way since the 4th. Its starting to piss me off that i cant play the game

Same [filtered] happen to me here, i talked to customer service they said they will escalate to upper level tech , make me waited for 3 days and all i get back from them is (we known this is known issue subscription error , and a copy thread from forum Subscription error mark as Resolve)...i've been waiting for 4days now , and still cant play my game for more then 4mins...i bought the game digital on ememasse.com (wish i never did that ) should've just goto game stop and bought the dam game , that way i have the game code to put in digital version the code is automaticly input for you , if the code is mess up and ememasse dont give a [filtered] then you're [filtered]!!!! man this is really pissing me off i paid for 1 year subscription and now i have to spent all my free time looking around for an answer not fun at all =/////.....

If you had read earlier in the thread hundreds are having the same issue as am I it sjust something we gotta wait out and if they dont fix it then we know they wasted money and so did we.

Still cant make a Subscription.... a error page keeps popoing up.... called them and they cant do Crap about it untill its fixed.
