Hey All, I have great news. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me! I've been trying to create a new subscription for days as this is what Support kept telling me, but the setup subscription wasn't available since I had already created one and it said "Manage subscription" on their website. Through Manage Subscription, I was unable to create a new subscription.
What I did was try to log into the game so I would get the "Subscription Not Found Or Has Expired" error. Click on that actual error and it should bring you to the plan selection category. From there, I set up my subscription Again, and it actually kicked in the 30 day Free Trial on my account. it was no longer Expired, it now said 30 days from now!!
In case someone tries and it doesn't work, the only other thing my account had different was the sub was set to "cancelled" through online support. I don't know if this is required for this bypass to work, but I know that I'm finally playing the game again after 4 days of not being able to play.

Yeah, once I got my account type set to "Standard" I was able to get my subscription set up just like that. Didn't have a "cancelled" on it so that won't affect anyone. Now for people who's accounts are set up as "Trial" there's no bypass for that, get your 2nd key that was sent to your email on launch day and enter it in just the way you did for your pre-order code (if you got your game through 3rd party digital purchase).
^This was the issue that probably affected....quite a few of the 2,000 people that were having this problem, yet EnMasse still has yet to make an official announcement about it.

I tried to create a new sub twice and still no luck, still on expired. I started playing yesterday and it had 1-day left of free play for me, I bought the digital through Amazon. Anyway, I got the expired message so I re subbed, or so I thought twice and still showing expired..

i cant login at my server, Error: 0104:8000
everytime i log at my server (dragonfall) past between and minutes my game close and i receive the error msg, Error: 0104:8000 game time exhausted
you will need apply a subscription or additional game time to continue playing
WTF?!?!?!?! my sub is ok, and runing! at my acc overview the time is running, and worst: i log and char at another server, and works fine

So I just bought this game today off Amazon 1/2 price special and it says my subscription expires tomorrow. Been reading through the forums - had I known i was going to have to deal with this kind of bull I never would have purchased - even at 1/2 off.
