Purchased my copy from EM online last night @ 11:47pm. Played a bit today and when I tried to log in it said "TERA - Subscription not found or has expired" lol. Less than 24 hours of game time for $50.

I love the game so far but this is annoying. They should be working overtime to fix this because this early in the game it's easy for people to walk away. Not to mention all the forums have directed reviews of the game away from the content and shining light on the tech problems.

Should have had an account/billing BETA......

We've pinpointed the cause of the inaccurate remaining subscription time, an issue that's affecting about 2000 accounts. We've configured these accounts so that those players will be able to continue adventuring in TERA while we work to resolve the issue on the backend, where it won't affect you or your friends and guildmates.

My "Trial" has expired. Odd that I bought the retail box and entered that code. I had 30 days but now I have zero. I tried to add time onto my subscription but apparently you are too good for my money now. Shall I try again tomorrow and hope that you want to do business?

Nice that you may have fixed it for a few people. Possibly the people that purchased the game directly from you. I however bought the game from EB Games. Despite not having the 30 days show up on my account I really do suggest you fix your shopping cart so that people can purchase more time in your game. I feel it is vital that you fix this issue soon so you actually are open for business to everybody.

Uhhh...still broken. Says mine expires on the 7th still. I'm not even angry or irritated...just worried that a. I'll never get the 30days from pre-order and b. I won't be able to play on the 7th. :(

My account just expired as well! I'm so sad, I was about to join a cool guild too. Hope I am still welcome there. Mine expired May 3rd and I preordered three days before the headstart. I wonder what is going on~

Thanks for the link, I wrote up a ticket pronto. I will now watch the new Game of Thrones, and then proceed to whimper in a corner.

Since this problem occurred I've queued up twice to try to get if fixed and each time i was told to wait and they added a couple days to my subscription. Does anybody know if account are actually being totally fixed this way or should I now waste my time?

Glad I'm not the only one here suffering. Just remember though that I'm sure they won't let the 30 days go. You get them as soon as you sign up for a subscription regardless. Also I'm sure they'll fix the subscription error for those of you not able to submit your payment info. It just takes time to fix all the bugs and its unfortunate for us and them that it happened in one of the most important parts of the game =P I hate to say have patience because I know what it's like in an MMO, you want all the same time as the rest of these folks that are in-game enjoying their time online. We just have to hope that En Masse may give an apology thing for those of you who are raging over it =/ As for me, I'll just sleep and hope it's fixed tomorrow *ticket submitted* g'nite all
