Since this problem occurred I've queued up twice to try to get if fixed and each time i was told to wait and they added a couple days to my subscription. Does anybody know if account are actually being totally fixed this way or should I now waste my time?


I still have the issue, so do a lot of others it seems judging from the forums. I suspect, it's not as fixed as they think it is.

Hmm let's check my options:
1. Wait an undetermined length of time while you figure out why I can not play a game you want my money for. While constantly checking my email potentially for a couple of hours.
2. Go to bed and hope to wake up with a functional game
3. Find game threads to post my frustrations on and share my discontent

Think I'll go with a little of 3 and a lot of 2.

Of course I'm betting just hoping for a functional game will not be enough.

Glad I'm not the only one here suffering. Just remember though that I'm sure they won't let the 30 days go. You get them as soon as you sign up for a subscription regardless.


The only thing is.... I DID set up a subscription, it says I have a subscription, it took my payment info...but still expires on the 7th and says "free trial". I just hate this feeling because I don't want to be mad about it and I like this game and everything but I'm getting there.

My account said it expired, I placed an order for a subscription over an hour ago, but it still says my free trial expired. I've been waiting in the chat queue which I have no hopes of actually getting through. I hate that I just paid over $100 for a year of gameplay and can't access the game. I'm really tempted to say forget it and decline the charges on my card.

My God... I waited for nearly 4 hours in the online support queue to try to fix this issue and when my turn finally came it just said:

Status: Canceled
There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

WTF!?!
Also called phone support at the same time I queued and the cheerful robot operator offered a callback within 21 minutes. Nearly 4 hours later, no ring.

.....So, totally not fixed. Now it says I have no time at all and.... yeah, well I can't call support due to certain circumstances. No idea how, but this needs to resolve itself.

Well, Dev's need to not lie and check the accounts of everyone on here for [filtered] sake.
I don't have time to sit waiting for a rep to speak to me wait lines are far to long, and unless your paying for my call from Australia, that wont be happening.

So contact me now via the forums or how ever fix my god damn account.

Yeah certainly not fixed. I just got home from work (Australia) and my account is dead - sub expired, and I can't renew it either as my card no longer works either (not - I think that was deliberate on their end to stop people from charging themselves again and again and En Masse having to reimburse a whole bunch of angry peeps).
