Well I realize the volume of calls and tickets are pretty high, so there's bound to be a wait. However, would be nice if they would do the callbacks on phone support or fix whatever caused me to miss my chance to talk to support on chat after waiting for 4 hours.
My account is still not fixed either. After having contacted support 2 times about it already, it STILL says it expires tomorrow (even though I got the confirmation mail that I purchased an automatic renewal subscribtion), and it STILL says "Status: Free Trial" (even though I have the digital CE for weeks now). sigh.
Went offline and boom, my account is 'expired', even though I paid for a subscription yesterday and again this morning. SIGH!!!!! Fix this please.

Bought the game Online from enmasse (Digital edition) yesterday 2nd May 2012 - setup subscription - it stays on status pending.
Subscription renewal: 1/31/9000 !!!
Subscription Expiration: 1/31/9000
Status: PendingActivation
Sheesh. The problem seems obvious: Enmasse please update your database to reflect correct dates - I'm not waiting to the year 9000 to play the game!

I Purchased a hard copy last month used a promo codefor ob and cb and have a nice char, and now its says my account as expired and I cant play. Ive been billed for 1 year playing and cant play...I think thats illegal!!
I already have been charged for the 6 month recurring even though I'm to have a 30 day playing window before my subscription begins! And I still get "set-up subscription" when I try to play the game! I set up the auto-pay May 1st!
account expired as well and I paid for 3 month.....here we go with a 2 hour wait with support.
Account issues like this can kill an MMO....not a good start folks.
