We're pleased to announce that the "Subscription Not Found or Expired" error has been resolved for the majority of players affected by it. If you were seeing it, you should now find that the 30 days of game time included with buying TERA is reflected appropriately on your En Masse account page.

If you're still seeing this error, here are ways to resolve it:

    • If you're playing on a trial account (from a Closed Beta Test code, Open Beta Test code, or Head Start code), you will need to purchase TERA and set up a subscription.

    • If you've purchased TERA from a retailer other than the En Masse store, you must enter your game code and also set up a subscription on the En Masse store.

    • If you've purchased TERA from a retailer other than the En Masse store and have not yet received your game code, please contact the retailer.

    • If you've purchased TERA, applied your game code, and set up your subscription, and are still seeing this error, please contact our Support Team.

Thank you for your patience!

I am still seeing the error and paypal is convinced that I have a subscription setup with you already. I have no desire to sit in a chat queue for hours or call--long distance--to try and sort it out.

I bought the game through your online store, and set up a subscription. I don't think it's unreasonable that I should be able to log in and play for the 30 included days without jumping through additional hoops.

This looks like it might be a "Mission Accomplished" kind of post I am afraid.

"• If you've purchased TERA from a retailer other than the En Masse store, you must enter your game code and also set up a subscription on the En Masse store."

Hold on. You people want me to pay for a subscription even though I was supposed to get 30 days to try it? What if I just wanted to play for those 30 days, then decided that the game isn't for me? What then? Do you guys take the money? How does it works? Please explain.

And yes, I am still getting the error. Very disappointed thus far.

Yeah, your system is still [filtered] up. Can't add my credit card or Paypal so I can get my free month and play again. Sat in support chat queue for 5 HOUR STRAIGHT last night so they could link me support site crap and prewritten paragraphs, then he finally told me I can't play until your e commerce system is fixed.

What the [filtered] man. What the [filtered].

@ Saturnia that's it in a nutshell. You hopefully won't be charged the subscription fee when you set up the sub until the 30 days you paid for by buying the game are up.

I haven't checked my account to see if I was charged already, according to the confirmation invoice I wasn't, and as someone suggested in another thread, once setup, you can immediately hit "manage sub" and cancel recurring payments (theoretically meaning you'll never be charged over the initial spend for the game) and if you decide you do want to keep playing, set it back up nearer the end of your 30 days.
