I purchased the Physical CE and put the game code in 2 days ago and come home from work today and I'm not able to log in because it says my subscription has expired but the account is active. So Your gonna make me sign up for a sub and not let me have my 30 days that came with the box? What if I dont want to play the game anymore after my 30 days are up? Not to mention the wasting of said 30 days because I can't log in.

Fixed my [filtered].

We're pleased to announce that the "Subscription Not Found or Expired" error has been resolved for the majority of players affected by it. If you were seeing it, you should now find that the 30 days of game time included with buying TERA is reflected appropriately on your En Masse account page.

If you're still seeing this error, here are ways to resolve it:

    • If you're playing on a trial account (from a Closed Beta Test code, Open Beta Test code, or Head Start code), you will need to purchase TERA and set up a subscription.

    • If you've purchased TERA from a retailer other than the En Masse store, you must enter your game code and also set up a subscription on the En Masse store.

    • If you've purchased TERA from a retailer other than the En Masse store and have not yet received your game code, please contact the retailer.

    • If you've purchased TERA, applied your game code, and set up your subscription, and are still seeing this error, please contact our Support Team.

Thank you for your patience!

PR spin, PR spin, PR spin !!!!

Seriously your issues are not resolved, there are still many people unable to log on. I know people around here don't like Ncsoft, but honestly EME is starting to make Ncsoft look good, with these comments.

Well, it seems after today that I will need to take a break from this game.

It isn't by choice [as I played for several hours last night and had a GREAT time], but that my game time runs out later today, and I've found no means of being able to subscribe [thanks to the "Payment authorization failed" error]. I know that the credit card information I enter is 100% correct, and there's more than enough funds available on the card for the charge, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I've read on the forums that other people are affected by this, so it's definitely not only me. It really is frustrating. I sent a ticket yesterday, but given their current backlog I doubt I'll hear from them anytime soon. I'd wait for the online chat system [or giving them a call], but waiting for hours on-end isn't exactly something I have the time [or patience] for.

En Masse definitely released a great game, it's just a shame that it's plagued by so many of these subscription issues. I'm glad that the majority of people have had their issues fixed, but unfortunately, I am not one of them. :(

Guys. With all due respect, I just got off my third Live Support session - each had about a 2 and a half hour wait over the last three nights. You can't put up these announcements saying "All is solved everyone rejoice!" when many of us remain in limbo.

No, not everything has been resolved and those of us in limbo don't appreciate this "move along" message. I was in early access but now I am unable to set up a payment plan to take advantage of the inaugural rates. I am stuck with a 1 month plan good till the 31st, and thats it, I have no option to change my plan.

The representative just told me it's something they are still working on, not sure when it might be ready. So here I am, in Limbo, not knowing if I get to take advantage of those plans. I mean c'mon - Make it clear you are still working on this.

I can't believe I was trying to get people hooked up on this and I feel left hung out to dry. Please acknowledge the problem and announce its solution, just like everyone else.
