Actually,
If your account says anything besides Trial, if your able to set up a subscription,
you will see the sub will cost you $0.00, hence meaning, yes set up a sub, u get ur 30 days, and u cancel it right away, and there is no charge

This DOESNT WORK AND THIS IS THE 5th TIME i ahve WAITED 4 HOURS TO GET ONTO SUPPORT !!!!

YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONNEY AND I STILL AM UNABLE TO PLAY!!!!

THIS IS BORDERLINE FRAUD !!!

5 TIMES ONTO SUPPORT AND THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUE OR GIVEN ME THE 30 DAYS PLAYTIME..

Wow, EME.... I'm very disappointed in you. Your customer service is seriously lacking. I have the same story as those above... 5 hours of waiting. Live chat, phone, etc... no use. I submitted a ticket and guess will have to wait at least a week for a response. I enjoyed the game, paid for a full year plus the CE version, but after this "error", I'm seriously thinking I can play something else. Perhaps the error is a blessing in disguise and God's way of telling me to spend my money somewhere else.

It wouldn't such a big deal if your CS was better managed, but there is no excuse for bad CS when my dollar is concerned.

This is pretty much what I feel. What the heck happened? I was playing ok a few minutes ago but then it said my game time ended. I bought the collector's ed, you charged me for my 3 months without giving me the free 30 days and now this?

This is starting to piss me off . You want us to setup our creditcard information upfront fine, but then at least make sure the damn thing works. I've tried three different cards and everytime this stupid Payment authorization failed.


This is exactly what will happen, if companies are using third party tools such as digitalriver in order to do the billing. I expect this to be fixed soon because my account expires monday.

Right now I see only two options give people with this problem the full 30 days (enough time to fix this) or let them expire once again and risk losing customers.
