Just wanted to quickly update on my issue: I was finally able to connect with a GM for assistance on Live Chat the second time around and they were kind enough to add enough game time to my account until my physical copy gets here (thank you, Kitten!). The queue for support takes forever, but I realize they're doing the best they can. Everyone here has different problems with their account, but I think things will work themselves out with a little patience. Good luck!
Not sure where to post this... I put in a support ticket and haven't gotten a response, and I was also in queue for Live Chat for over 5 hours only for it to finally tell me that it couldn't find an agent and kicked me to the back of the line.
I bought a physical CE from Amazon. Apparently I missed the checkbox option to receive the game on May 1st so now they're telling me I'll get the game on May 8th. My "trial" has ended and I have no game code to put in other than the promo code Amazon gave me for beta access (which no longer works). Can a GM or anyone with the power please extend my trial period until the 8th? Or at least long enough to let me play over the weekend? I know you're all swamped, but any assistance will definitely be appreciated!
