Lower case matters not. I used upper case for the first letter, as per all proper sentence structure. Just make sure to include the exclamation point at the end.
I know, I know, punctuation is something many are not familiar with these days and don't realize that they are, in fact, part of real sentences.

So I just spoke with a GM. He was very polite and willing to help, but unfortunately he came to the realization that there is nothing that can be done for people with two TERA accounts.
EME, you need to edit your fine print to specify that the item codes can only be redeemed once on the same En Masse account. There was no way I could have possibly known this is what you meant, especially when you give us the ability to have multiple TERA accounts under the same En Masse account.
So happy day. I'm now stuck with the items redeemed on the wrong account because I (logically but apparently mistakenly) assumed that "once per account" meant exactly as it sounded.
:( Very disappointed right now.
I don't understand why it's one time redeemable, anyway? Seems really dumb, that means any other characters u make in the future don't get anything.
