Update on Account Issues

May 1 has arrived and TERA has officially launched! While we're excited about this, we are aware that some players are encountering issues that are preventing them from starting their adventure in TERA. These issues include a "500 Server Error", an "expired" subscription error, and other issues regarding accounts. These are our top priorities and we have teams investigating the cause of each.

Please know that we are actively working to resolve them and will provide updates here on the TERA website as they happen. For quicker updates, feel free to visit us on our Twitter and Facebook pages.

Out of those please consider the charged accounts a priority second to people unable to connect (I do pity them) as some people may risk overdraft (poor financial management)

Even though I'm not one of the unfortunate with the charged account issue, I do agree this should take priority.

or will there be a xp boost for the time we lost atleast becuase i could make another account but i dont wanna lose my charchter from early release sense i had to use a buddy code becuase game stop didnt give my pre order code sense i reserved it last year and i really liek to get back to playing or have a boost of some sort to mitigate the lost time ty for your hard work in this matter

Also, im one of the affected! On both terms. Subscription not showing, Didnt get my pre-order items, and server 500! So yeah, Patiently waiting..

We are aware that some customers are received Error 500 - Internal Server Error when attempting to log into their account, and we are working on it.

For those playing on Buddy Codes, you need to purchase the game to play post-launch.
