Well that's more bad news, I was planning on paying via Paypal in the am. Ah well problems for another day. I'm sure it'll get worked out eventually, its hardly been 24hrs into a new studios new game release.

Update:

Just received an email confirming my subscription payment. Tried it again not 30 seconds before that. Still got the error, but either it works, or it's just slow when originally confirming payment.

Can now log into Tera.

i used live chat support ot have my internal error fixed they can fix it for you manually you just have to wait in the que there lookign for more wide ranged fixed as well though just get int he que and they will fix it for you jsut take slike an hour to 2

My hubby and I have been getting the Payment Failed message on both our cards since trying to buy the game before Open beta even started, ended up having to get it through amazon.

But can't add subscription or anything. Guess it's wait for the fix or wait for game-time cards to come out. D:

Scapes that is the error message. It says payment authorization failed. Nothing more. I have tried 2 differenct CC's and paypal and ALL of them say payment authorization failed. That happens on Origin's website, Origin's software, and your own website FTR. (oh and yes all three of my payment methods have plenty to cover the transaction)

That would be pretty much a strike two for me and this game. The less than stellar headstart launch and not even being able to order the game now is just bad.

I was on hold for 4+ hrs last night and Comcast did 'maintenance' at midnight in my area, cut me off on phone (yes my apt line goes through the internet - stupidest thing ever) AND in the Live Chat queue.

Can I say I was extraordinarily unhappy? :( :( :( :(

This is what I had to do to get the game working again. I went into my account and clicked on the upgrade account button. Since I bought the digital version from Amazon, there are TWO registration numbers. I entered the LAUNCH DAY registration number and now I can play the game. Hope this helps some of you.
