basically im hoping that bioware is trying to send us all through a mind [filtered] with one of those "what you thought was the ending was not actually the ending" things.
lol what do you do? sit there in front of your computer waiting for a chance to try and insult someone who has differing views and opinions then your own?
youre a sad human being wrath, but thnx for the laugh on that second part ;)
P.S. $10 here and there isnt that much of an expense, so if a company whos games i enjoy makes enough money to make more games for me to enjoy then ill pay that little bit of cash to improve my gaming experience. ALSO, with companies like bioware they base their DLCs on their fans reactions and demands/wants from the game itself, so basically getting better versions of what would have been if they hadnt waited to get fan feedback.
And you are the reason why these mega publishers are getting away with releasing a [filtered] lackluster games because they know theres stupid fanboys like you willing to open there wallet at the first sign of content. You are the reason pc gaming is dieing. You are such a blind fool.
Whoa... not really sure what happened in this thread haha.
However it is an awkward situation. For example I believe despite what has been claimed to reach 5000 war assets you do need to do some multi player. Or it is extremely difficult otherwise. Unless you do what I do and edit the Coalesced.bin
So there is a strange mix of hurting real players so the people who pirate games don't hurt the developers. In the end it makes me want to pirate. Something has to change, to reduce the inertia of self destruction / penalisation.
Who will make the move in the right direction without getting screwed over for doing it?
To win the DRM battle is to lose the war..... dark times be ahead.

PC gaming is dying? and im a blind fool?
youre an overreacting zealot whos mind is so [filtered] closed off to anything with an opposing (no matter how different it really is) view that you see everything as an attack against what you personally believe.
my $10 will not make PC gaming go under, get off your high horse and deal with it, enough QQing, makes you look like a child.

I actually (really) liked the ending, despite the fact that what happened is not what I was hoping for. But I'm wierd that way.
thats sort of how i felt, i mean they werent BAD endings, but they left a lot of open ended questions in all three possibilities (or more, i havent seen what happens when you have below 5000 WA). so i dont really want them changed, but id like to see them built on, would also make this already epic storyline even more so :D
also, getting 5000 is easy without multiplayer, you just have to cure the genophage (so dont trick the krogan, cause krogan support is MUCH more then salarian if i remember correctly, it also boosts turian support) and save both the geth and quarians. other then that i did all the side missions i could (all the N7) and talked to my squad mates while on the normandy as much as i could (gets you more assets). my WA rating without mutliplayer was 5400+ and then with it (i hate 91% i think) it went up above 6000 lol
The ending wasn't particularly bad. It's just most people's first response is an emotional one, and for those who became invested in the characters in the story to see them wiped out with no possible recourse may be a tough pill to swallow. The series had to end somehow, I just think a lot of people prefer rainbows and unicorns to unhappy endings. I am good with either, usually, but I would have rather had a different ending, too. I didn't have the necessary resources so my Shep 'died', but at least my Liara lived, and Traynor :)
