I have Tera on the lowest setting which is around 10-20 fps, I have settings all the way to min as it possibly can get..... I am on a laptop 4gb of ram (3.75 usable).... Processor is AMD Turion(tm) II P520 Dual-core processor 2.30 GHz. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series

I want something that allows max settings....... will it make a difference in graphics if I set it on a really good tv? or what can I do?

I know this game is really pretty and its a shame that I can't see it :(

The problem is the mobile chipset is only a 4200 series. If you want to beef up the framerate you are going to need to buy something new.

Depends on your needs. Desktop is cheaper (comparitive to a laptop of equal specs), but no mobile. If you need mobility then you need a laptop.

Your processor is also a little on the low end.

Simply playing the game on a nice TV wont do a damn thing.... its like those people that fall for DOWNLOAD more RAM....

You NEED a powerful laptop to run this at max, or a powerful desktop.

And seeing as mobile components are half of what their desktop counterparts are you need to spend twice as much to run this game at max.
