Logitech G19 and Razer Naga MMO mouse. The Naga has 12 side buttons which I use a lot to activate hotkeys assigned to keys that I can't easily reach with the left hand, like 0, -, =.

Left: Razer Nostromo
Keyboard: Logitech wireless, pretty standard with backlight keys
Right: Razer Naga

Also have a xbox360 style controller hooked up, just never really got it configured to use.

I'm using a Razer Naga Epic and just the ordinary, garden variety keyboard on my laptop. When I hook it up to my HDTV's, then I use a Logitech K800 keyboard.
