I do not understand how OP wanted help from GM in this cases.

But fact is this PvP system is broken. Newbie who want PvP can be easily one shooted by 60 lvl player. It make practically impossible to PvP at low lvls because morons at 60 farming low lvl instances and BAMs for craft items and stamina potions.

System should bases on lvl areas, not outlaw. If hight lvl player killing lowbie at his lvl zones should never get infamy. But if killing players at low lvl zones should get infamy, even if target was outlaw.
