To En Masse Entertainment,

Please understand that first and foremost, only about 20% of all players from every MMO in history read the forums. That said, only about 15% actually post something on the forums in any game. Now that you understand those two "key" facts, let's move on and get down to business here. I can already see the WoWtrolls rolling into the Tera forums with all their cowardly ideas of what a PvP MMO should be.

Things such as:

1. Why are outlaws allowed in cities.

2. Why am I getting killed by higher level players.

3. Outlaws shouldn't be allowed to come into a safe zone.

4. Nerf this class because I can't win.

5. Remove health pots from the game (because i'm too damn lazy to farm or craft them for myself).

Things of this nature are going to happen...in a big way. However, if you start listening to these crybabies coming over from WoW and other various carebear games you're going to lose your biggest fan base. Your biggest fan base (from what I gather) isn't about warzones, battlegrounds and carebear non-open world PvP. You've marketed this game for years as an OWPvP MMO. That said, these little carebear scrubs aren't going to be the one's paying your bills, WE ARE. You start nerfing characters and taking the fun out of OWPvP and it's over for you. I am here making a plea with you as I am one of those people who is going to be playing this game for a very long time. Myself along with my 60 something "active" guildmates, along with several other huge PvP guilds that we've been gaming with since 1996 are here and are ready for the long haul. So please, stop listening to the whiney little WoWfreaks and let's get this game going in the direction that made us come here in the first place.

sadly, its a numbers game and there are far more "care-bears" that will b**** and moan until they get what they want. Hopefully the developers here grow some balls and stick to their guns.

Agreed. I want to go perma red, kill everyone I see, and if for some reason I die, feel free to take my loot. That's the way it should be. Implement a hardcore pvp server now. I sick of these new games out today comparing true pvp to arena's and battlegrounds. I do not want to be CONTAINED. I want to level, explore, and wander from zone to zone with caution. If there is no risk, there is no thrill, period. I have been waiting for a great pvp game since pre UOR. Get it right and you will have a huge player base. I know I am not alone.

...have you had to deal with people that use full heal pots? i dont think people have a problem with pots in general just the ones that instantly heal all your health. normal pots are balanced or at least seemed balanced from what i saw.

yes there are a lot of stupid things that people complain about but there are things that should probably changed or at least looked at.

I'm sorry, but aren't you playing the "SAME DAMN GAME" as they are? Are these heal pots just magically appearing into their inventory? Get your lazy asses out there and farm or craft them yourself. These people who are using these pots didn't just "/summon 10 healpots," they farmed them, in the SAME GAME you're in. Stop whining about such stupid [filtered] and just play the game.. or don't.

I agree with everything except letting reds into towns. I think reds should be 'allowed' into towns, but I dont think they should be immune to pvp there. It makes no sense to be branded an 'outlaw' for lowbie ganking (which if you think that's pvp you're sadly mistaken. There's a difference between 'ganking' and 'griefing' and actual owpvp, and if you consider the former to be pvp you're an unskilled moron that's worse than the WoW carebears.)

Ganking's gonna happen, s'theway owpvp games are. I'm cool with that. I'm not cool with the very people you're trying to defend go around ganking, trolling, and then running into cities to be immune and dancing around. That's not carebear to you? If you wanna gank, if you wanna go red, fine. Live with the risk constantly. No place should be safe for someone who's red. And hell, they can even keep ganking in towns that's cool (though REALLY I think the guards should one shot them).

I think there should be spawn points in random locations throughout the world for reds (so they're not camped/griefed). But I think when you go outlaw... you should BE an outlaw, and be hunted no matter where you are :)

S'my only complaint.
