How long are you going to let players with Infamy Get away with killing ppl and letting them run into town and safe zones?
Its too damn easy for people to run away from battle, and they get to hide in town when they are running like cowards.
This game does not promote PvP at all you go red to start pvp and you lose a crystal for dying. It only should happen if you have INFAMY. There is no real reward for PvP and i think there needs to be another faction besides only INFAMY.
Its quite ridiculous to even allow players with infamy to hide in town constantly ruining the game for other players who are lvling up or just starting out. This needs a definite change. they should not be allowed in town, if they want to be a villain then they are a villain... Let them go to an outpost for villains then.

While I may not agree with the idea of, not being allowed in towns, I do however have perhaps a revision to your mentioned idea.
Perhaps, instead of Infamous players being able to enter safe zones, just make them, un-safe for those with infamy. In other words, if an outlaw trys to run away to a safe zone, he will still be able to be attacked while there. Also, as a plus side, those who are not in "outlaw mode/infamous" are unable to be attacked while there.
This will not only, help those, who do not seek out PvP by letting them run from gankers, but also prevent gankers from running because they are getting their [filtered]' kicked by the people they assumed they could kill.
However, this must be limited to only, Outposts, Not Towns or Cities such as, Lumbertown / Velika. I know, this seems like a, "You PvE noobs need to go play PvE server" suggestion but, lets face it. Those with infamy run away often, when they are about to die, and its pretty damn irritating to NOT be able to kill them because, they ran away...pretty much bull[filtered] if you ask me.
Though, I've seen non-outlaw players do the same, and as a person who likes to PvP like myself, its a real [filtered] and a half too lol.
I wanna say, that if you are involved in PvP, at all, outlaw/non-outlaw/healer, you should get a de-buff on you that specifies you've been in PvP combat. And when the said players go into a safezone, before that debuff wears off, 'lets say 2-5mins', they will receive a penalty to their stats for a set duration.
I suggest this because, its a PvP server, you should come prepared to fight at any given moment. Running to a safezone because you can't hack it, is not acceptable in my book.
But the only problem i see with the debuff issue, is level 60 gankers. But then again, if a 60 comes to gank you, you should be dead in seconds, unless they are [filtered] players lol.

sounds like you scrubs rolled on the wrong server
real pvp players have no problem with the pvp system
if someone is "hiding" from you in town, you obviously feel like you won, so the only reason you could have for coming to make a thread is if you are mad about it
