Please make it where pvp gear and pve gear is two different things. to easy to get pvp gear and raid with it let the little kids pvp, and put the hardcore back into raiding. to many one button games as is if you want this to be a free to play kind doing the same thing every one else is doing make the quick buck move on. but if you want a game that keeps it players make people earn what they get. i played eq for over 9 years earn every piece of gear i had and gear did not change every two days i had the same cloak for 2 years. ok bring one the kids so they can start hating by.

I don't really think this has much to do with pvp at all but if you want to talk strictly pve: Instant gratification is the new trend and it has nothing to do with pvp. I know people who will blow through all the pve content there is and then get bored and rarely will some of them pvp. They will complain about nothing to do after that, or insanely low drop rates because they don't get their loots fast enough. So in that sense it has nothing to do with "kiddies".

BHS has stated they're working on +10 player content. The reason it isn't full fledged is because they want it to be a dynamic experience however they're afraid that with Tera's combat style it will be too tank and spank easy mode atm so they're theorizing how best to do it. There is some Server vs server content coming out for KTera that is on a slightly grander scale but that also has a pvp element to it.

pvp gear does have some thing to do with it lets say i can spend a week getting one raid piece doing dungons you can pvp all day and be geared out in pvp gear and start raiding low lvl raids but thats still puts you a head of the one that just pve and all so makes it harder to find groups to go pve cause you can just pvp your way to max lvl

AFAIK: Generally end-game dungeon sets have 10-30% PvP stats while the BG PvP set has 50%, in KTera anyways. And getting the 30% set isn't a cakewalk, from what I know, and the difference between that set and the set you earn from doing BG is huge. Our version seems to have cheaper BG gear, token wise, so it will be interesting to see if its easier to earn. I know in KTera it can take a month or two of playing the BGs before you get a set.

I think if it was completely separate it would be stupid. No one should be made defenseless. PvE in Tera is pretty fun, especially end-game, I think most PvP players can appreciate that on some level as well. Having the dungeon sets have a little PvP defense just motivates them to participate.

There is no raiding at this time, and whats planned isn't typical raiding either.

If you truly enjoy PvP then you should want everyone to have equal gear and be on equal footing.

Otherwise you just enjoy having a time advantage over players.

That would be so, so much more fun. I cannot understand why more people wouldn't love this.

I agree, I'm sick and tired of grinding dungeons and arenas for PvP gear and gear in general, crafting PvP gear with mats from different corners of the world, mobs and killing players sounds like a great idea that EME should look forward to.

I agree. I hate having to work my for gear and such. I dont think gathering is a solution either because I would have to spend time to do so, and I have a job and school so this is too much work. I want the game to just give me the gear when I hit max level so I can just PVP all day and not have to do anything else.

OP looks like a member of the Dragonslayer Club. This isn't even a PvP thread. It's a Dragonslayer not wanting PvPers to be able to do PvE content in PvP gear. Just disregard this thread. Dragonslayers gon hate.
