I have two quick questions about the pvp gears I've been seeing. So far I have only seen the %10 less damage from players as a static bonus (not one of the identifiable bonus) on Tier 11 level 58 gear. However, I haven't seen it on Tier 12 or 13, let alone any level 60 gear. Is this on purpose to balance the bonus dmg reduction and defense stats, or just they haven't appeared so far?
