PvP tweaks?

Im sure alot of this has been addressed before, but being that im really just now starting to see some of this in Mid level pvp (30-45ish) .....

Couple of things that really need to be fixed/addressed....

1)The fleeing to water to avoid fighting.... people in the zones i have been in lately run straight for water if its close.... then no one can attack ect.... this needs to be addressed. Either make it were we can attack in water or make the water non accessible.

2)Safe zone huggers - This constant annoyance (and im sure everyone is guilty of doing this at some point even myself from time to time) needs to have some sort of remedy, either flag people for 2 or 3 mins even in safe zones or something similar so they cant just tuck tail and run because of convenience.

3) GvG - I like the system, but i would like to see a change or 2 to make it more lively. first one would be to open GvG in towns and safe zones (not main hubs mainly becuase of lag issues, IE Valkia or how ever you spell it ect, but def the smaller flight points and tele locations. Im constantly seeing reds we are warring in towns but rarely seem them outside of those areas. Would give a much more active GvG system i would think.

4) PvP incentives, weather is be a % of the gold they are carrying, or a small amount of xp.... anything that would motivate people to pvp more.... there seems to be a very large PVE mindset on the pvp servers, why that is i dont know but...

Anyways just some collective ideas from the people i play with everyday and what we have been seeing as of late.

The reason PvE is so big on PvP servers right now is Gear makes a very big difference in PvP, just as it does in PvE. I like the idea of getting a reward of some type for killing a red player.

In a way it would be like a bounty system. It is something I would love to see in this game. Going after gankers would be great fun and getting rewards for killing them is nice as I said. I really do think there should be some type of system though. If you help people the RED gankers are ganking after helping so many people you go green for about 6 hours or so, It would be nice to be able to tell the difference between the players that help other players and the players that gank other players and lowbies..

I believe the solution is to make Battlegrounds/Warfronts/Scenarios 5v5 10v10 15v15

High level people are getting bored and go pick on anything they find (unfortunely lowbies questing)

If they add instanced battleground this game will lose many many subs. They need to expand on open world content.

^^ This is exactly what im not talking about and this is the mindset that im seeing over and over..... im talking about for both sides. This is why i hated L2, they only have penalties for the reds... how about a reason to be red? Im talking an angle for both sides..... not just the carebear pvpers.
