I'd like to see a video of that... AFAIK it reflects AT LEAST 15% damage in regular combat. I've tested this with 15% gear. Never tested with 30%. Not saying 124k crit is regular combat, but 3k is no where near 15% either, let alone 30%.
The problem is, even if it does glitch out with the huge numbers, it works perfectly effective for the small-medium numbers. This completely ruins classes like Slayer and Warrior, who will be chipping away at their own HP every time they attack someone.

I think there is a cap in pvp or something. There's a video showing a slayer doing 1.3m crit to a low level with the 30% reflect on their armor and it only returned 12k dmg.
There is 2 caps:
1) described here - you can not get more damgae from single reflection than your base HP.
2) Max HP of your victim. (that whay you can hit low lvl for 1.000.000.000 DMg and you will get only ~10k DMG)
But it does not change true issue - it break any sense from PvP. Because what is point from PvP if players get penalty from them own skill? DPS who deal alot of DPS in PvP = good DPS. But in Tera = death DPS. GZ for **** from BHS who got idea about implement reflect DMG to PvP.

The 30% reflection is not even that big of a deal. By using up two bonuses on the reflection, the player is missing out on extra Endurance or even % less damage taken from other players. All of you are theory crafting and haven't really experienced it. Why not try to get the 30% yourself and see if it really is broken in PVP or not. I have the 30% reflection and it hasn't given me any real advantage over warriors or slayers.

I think you are missing the point of what this does on a grander scale. Sure in 1 v 1, it may not give you a huge advantage.
When you get into group PvP settings, which this game is based on, you will begin to see problems.
As mentioned before, a warrior fights 3 players in similar gear of the same level. In this sort of situation, a good warrior against average players, can come out on top and only sustain minor damage. The same goes for any class pretty much. Well... at least I know it works for slayers and warriors from personal experience.
Now if all 3 of these players have 30% reductions on, that player is going to be ~90% dead JUST from killing these 3 players (due to all the classes having a fairly similar HP base at end game). That basically means it's impossible, because fighting 3 people you're going to sustain AT LEAST 10% damage.
Also, as I mentioned before, it is totally broken for Priests/Mystics and big group PvP.
It's not theorycrafting, these numbers are there and the [filtered] works. I've seen it with my own eyes. The only reason it is not a problem yet is because not that many people have figured it out. Just wait until it becomes popular and entire GvGs are ALL wearing 30% reduction.
I just got the new nexus gear, got 30% dmg reflection. I guarantee it does stack. from 7xx hits reflects 2xx. I threw on my old armor with 15% dmg reflection. from 8xx hits reflects 1xx.
don't know what to make of this, it seems a little op. Then again everyone needs 30% reflect now
It's not difficult doing some photoshop.
Anyway, after using 200 enigmatic/identification scrolls, I could only get the +15% reflect on the bonus (+3, +6 or +9). So yeah.. I believe it can only stack once, but who knows
I retract what I've said! Yeah, I saw people with two +15% reflect.. although they were all PvP gears. (Doesn't seem possible on PvE gears though) Well, I guess there's no point getting those bonuses on the PvE gears anyway.
You can't get the same stat twice on the "enchant part"
There are 3 types of locations for stats.
the base stats. (these never change)
the base refreshable stats. (These are below the base and above the enchantable stats. Can be rerolled)
the enchantable stats (The +3, 6, 9 etc)
You can only get the same stat once on each different location.
So if you have the reflect as a base stat (Good luck with that one) you can also get it on the one rerollable and on either +3, +6 or +9.
You can NOT however get it on +3 AND on +6.
For instance.
My rebirth staff has 7% healing bonus.
I have another 7% on my "base rerollable" and another 7% on my +3.
I don't know if the explanation makes sense, but tha'ts how it works.
I was watching 4 people try to kill a Slayer and Mystic, both of which had 30% damage reflect. I think most of the damage the Slayer and Mystic team applied was via reflect damage.
