Firstly, If you actually manage to kill stuff in PVP, congratulations.

I'd say get a Naga or an MMO7 or something. Even deathadder or a Mamba would be great.

MMO7 looks awesome, got any feedback on a "gaming" mouse? I've never used one before how is it different from a regular mouse?

a gaming mouse is mostly just more buttons, more money, really awful literature about the mouse(somtimes referencing how using this mouse is like joining a club), lame name, lame design, lame lights, overly intricate setup and interface. So basically most use it for more buttons.

Why would anyone subject themselves to that kind of torture. I find it ridiculous when i see people at my job using the touch pad on a laptop when you can get a mouse with a ball inside made in 1995 practically for free that will out perform a touch pad.

Gaming mice usually have different settings for dots per inch so you can change on the fly, as well as many more buttons that can be programmed in.

I've had a naga for 2 1/2 years and an mmo7 for a few months. I prefer the Naga, its faster for me. The d-pad is cool but if you play a class requires speed in chains (slayer, warrior, etc) and don't like to spam spacebar to finish them it's very slow compared to the Naga. Its different because you use your thumb and eventually become fast with it. The nice thing about the MMO7 is the weight adjustment and customizability, but its the same price as the Naga Elite which has some customizability in width (dunno about weight) and is wireless.
