I'm not going to argue with you that reflect is a stupid mechanic that breaks any semblance of fairness.
But I have to ask, are you trolling? Because the zerker in that video you linked is...just terrible really. I watched the entire video to make sure it wasn't just a few bad moments at the beginning, and I really can't believe you'd talk trash on the OP when THATS your idea of good.
I mean...the first half of the video when he's fighting that sorc, the zerkers friend is whispering him the whole time about how bad the sorc is. He barely wins every fight in the video, despite usually taking an early lead with a big crit, then goes on to miss a series of easy chances time and again while his opponent wears him down. He would probably lose most of those if he didn't clearly outgear almost all of them.
Then he has the audacity to intersperse QQing in the video about times he misses or lags out, yet he benefits hugely from a number of glitchy hits, most notably his first big crit in his first fight, which was no where near the sorc.
If you're going to come to someones post, who just wanted to share a few of their videos, and be a jerk, don't try to plug your baddy friends video. I don't know the OP, and from a neutral standpoint I can honestly say I think he's a better zerker based on the quality of his play.
And you obviously havent played Berserker. That big crit followed by being kited and wittled down.. is what zerker pvp is..Plus the players the OP is fighting.. they are worse.. i mean. CMON u see that lancer actually turns around and gives the zerker his back trying to run LOL....and STILl he barely wins even with his 30% reflect.. compare that to the lancer that is undergeared in Suffers video and still nearly beats him.. This idiot claiming that zerkers are good eluding to his ability to play the class is what pisses me off.. the guy fkn sucks goat balls at the game and instead relies on reflect to win...even then.. barely..The class is [filtered] it doesnt compare to others.. you have to do 3 times the work for 75% of the pay off. Get a clue before you open your ignorant mouth again and set our class back further.
I truly beleive zerkers NEED a rank 60 thunder strike to be at all competitive in pve/pvp dmg. rank 56 spammer just doesnt cut it atm. Same with sorcs and fireblast.

I play a 60 zerker, and I never held the OP up as a shining beacon of what zerkers should be. It's not that he's great, it's that the zerker in your video is just really bad. At least OP had the humility to say in his post that he isn't "good".
Being kited is a fact of life for zerkers, but the zerker in your video makes a mess of just about every opportunity he has, and if it wasn't for his huge crit openers putting his opponents on the back foot he would probably lose handily. I wonder how many videos of him getting slapped around he had to delete before he collected enough meager victories to make a video at all.
Thunder Strike is barely a factor in pvp. Maybe it would be if it the animation was quicker, but if there's one thing your video is good for it's for showing how big of a crutch Evasive Smash is for zerkers. It's their one real saving grace. The fact that you bring up TS as berserkers main issue makes me think you're the one who doesn't know what you're talking about.
