From my understanding of the situation we're currently in, it's like... BH gave us a beautiful hamburger that they made. We gave the hamburger back to the chef and said, "Sorry, we don't want lettuce on it, can you fix please?". We then get a hamburger back that's had the lettuce removed, and the bun squashed out of anger that you didn't like the original. If we send it back now, we're going to end up with spit in our burgers.
I'm just assuming that they're already on thin ice with the artists for asking them to change them in the first place.

Plenty of them are not to my liking yes. Which is part of the reason why I think asking for "improved armors" is like the lottery. You don't know if any of it will actually look better, you just know they'll have spent more time on working with them.
I just wish they had done minimal changes with some thought behind them.
Open belly and bikini bottoms? Add shorts, but keep belly, and you got a good looking design.
Dress with bikini bottoms? Extend dress to reach further down.
Panties line on hip? Just leave it there.
You can do classy minimal censorship if you want to. But the current ones are just exaggerated. Tera was the first case that I got told that child stomachs were too sexy for americans.
-En Masses solution doesn't fix anything. The new armor sets aren't much of an improvement in terms of sexual content. Short shorts are just as offensive to the hyper-sensitive white knights as bikini bottoms.

BHS is going to waste a a ton of art time to redo armours that are no longer end tier content? I doubt it.

EME was concerned for a good reason and BHS clearly agreed with them.
This is what you and many others don't seem to get. Their features do appear to be representative of a child/loli. That is all that matters to someone passing by and seeing them. That is what EME was concerned about.
EME might have overreacted but there was a reason to be concerned.
I honestly feel like quitting before this game even comes out if this issue isn't fixed by release

A.) Fix and rework the armor sets so they aren't bugged and copy and paste edits.
They might fix the dyes and clipping but that's it.
B.) Returned to the armors to there original state until they are changed to working sets.
BAHAHAHAHAHAHA... not going to happen. The sets work but are not ideal.
This kind of lazy censorship is rampant on F2P games, I'm not going to put up with it in a p2p. These kinds of things turn into patterns. Next they will deleting important characters and mechanics because they are not American enough.

What really makes me annoyed at EME about all this is that every Elin thread we get is flooded with trolls and locked or deleted. We post intelligent, thought-out, constructive arguments, and get no response at all.
They have given their response. The threads are locked because they have given you an answer.
The changes were done by BHS and are (minus some bug fixes) final.
Every locked Elin thread is another reason for me to request my preorder money back. As much as I want to love this game, I'm forced to pay money to people that don't give a crap about their game or their customers to do so.
You do realize what you just types sounds like:

People have a hard time understanding that this is *still* a korean game.
These elements will show more and more in the game as progress goes further. Westernization is doing nothing more than taking pieces of the game out with it and promoting cultural ignorance in the process.
Aion is still a Korean game, and look how well it's doing. Merged 15 servers down to 4 and then went F2P.
Also, localization happens EVERYWHERE...

Lots of people have Korean "friends" that let them "borrow" their accounts. Not very friendly to the ToS, but not really theft..
And I don't think you need a SSN for JTera, just a proxy.
I've seen enough elin fans quitting the game over the censoring or bad dye jobs (which is the definition of stupid, considering the number of broken gameplay issues which people are still tolerating).
If someone is willing to quit the game over one of those issues, like they will either get the armor the way THEY want it or NOT PLAY AT ALL, why would something as small as the language barrier matter?
