If you ask me... bigger you would have more frames and do things slower, but also be stronger and more resistent, smaller, you move faster (ofc things are all smaller on that toon)but would have lower resistance and deal less dmg.. but well they whant all to be the same...

If this was an option I would have been saved so much time trying to decide who looks the least retarded while running/smashing.

If not this MMO hopefully future games can pick up this idea and run with it a bit.

Well I recall in Everquest races did have a huge difference on stats.

An ogre could start with something about twice the hp of a elf warrior. They would get some sort of xp% penalty but in the end they would just be superior.

Now on the other hand ogres were fat and ugly so I guess there's your tradeoff.
