Anyone that played or read about it?
I was personal thinking of creating a Elf for the mana thing but doesn't looks like it is a huge advantage...two hours delay =S.
I also have no clue why every single Priest pvp video i watched was a damn Elin playing, isn't poopori/elin racials the worse?

Thats because people are obsessed with Elin. Srsly. By racials high elves would be the best, or maybe even castanics because of the movement speed. But yeah. Racials don't make that big of a difference, so look through the armors see what you like and pick a race based off personal preference
Don't play a class based on racials. They're highly insignificant.
Play whichever race you want with whichever class you want.
It just so happens that the majority of Popori/Elin players like playing healers too.
Plus it just looks fitting.
Personally, I'm rolling a Castanic priest. They have amazing combat animations! X3 Plus that runspeed racial could be very useful in tight situations.
In PvE, the High Elf racial would make them .05% better than the others just because in the final boss fight of a dungeon going out of mana means wipe.
Having the ability, even if it was on a 12 hour cooldown to have an "oh crap" button to refill mana to the top is better than anything any other race has for a healer in pve.
In pvp, it just comes down to whether you'll be doing more 1v1 or more mass pvp. If you want to have that .05% edge in 1v1, go Castanic, Elin or Popori for the quicker animations and smaller hitbox. If your focus is mass pvp, you want to make sure you're more visible to your team - so I'd roll Baraka or High Elf. Both of whom have those "oh crap" buttons.
I know a Priest who will be rolling Baraka for the 20% Stamina thing. But if players are making sure they're always at full stamina at almost all times, then he's probably just not going to notice it that much. But he likes the look of the Baraka too.
If .05% isn't something you care about, if you're not the type of player who aspires to be the best player on the server or min/max yourself to death...just choose the race you enjoy the look of most. Or perhaps the race who has a bonus in the type of crafting you'd like to do.
Yeah i feel like making a Castanic one, they look cool and the racials could be useful but female humans also looks cool and that dmg reduce passive can be very helpful i believe.
Some racials i don't quite understand because i haven't played the game yet like: ''• Coalescence (passive): Increases the speed of collecting essences by 15%.''. wth =D.
I'm not even playing, I just do a lot of reading and understand game mechanics from 13 years of MMO experience, and with games that had mechanics like Tera.
If you talk to Luciferia, she'll mention the smaller hitboxes and quicker animations of Elin, Popori and Castanic make them slightly better in pvp if playing a class you don't want to be targeted as. (If your character has arms the size of tree-trunks, and a belly to make a keg jealous, your ability animation is going to naturally be a fraction of a second slower than if you have small, thin arms and a diminutive, lithe body.) I'm not sure about personal range, if an Amani Slayer's sword would reach further than a Popori's...I just don't know.
I was originally going to make my priest a high elf because I liked the way they looked and mostly just the armors. But after taking a second look I like the castanic better lol. They're smaller which I generally like in MMO's - a toon that is just slightly shorter than normal. And they don't have huge boobs, and they have cute robe armors. But I do like both the High Elf and Elins so I'll have alts for each of those, too lol.
