High Elf males will be the Blood Elves of Tera - and therefore be shunned by many.
personally found them more off-putting than Elin (not that i find Elin off-putting, but in relation to all the complaining about Elin...), and i generally like my male characters looking 'tough' rather than 'beautiful'.

Just because there girly looking doesn't mean there sissyboys > <! Just means there pretty boys XD.
If you look at the little portrait avatar on the race selection screen the male high elf looks more like a female than the female high elf does. It seems pretty appropriate then that they are the slender, shirtless (always goddamn shirtless) sissy boys of the tera universe.

personally i will be rolling as a smexy male high elf berserker. i don;t think they run girly.
one reason i'm going with this race/class combo is because it's going to be rare to see in game. n i like to be different lol
