So many similarities and obviously influenced if not taken, from Lineage. I find it funny, the parallel between these two races and games. Its almost as if the thieves who came to Bluehole were laughing at their former employers with this small easter egg. The Aman are the obvious Orcs and too share a theme of fire. The flames of the smithy and the Orcs god. What are your ideas about to two games and do you see any other parallels?

Well duh, the art assets were originally Lineage 3.

Elins = Dwarf girls from L2 also.

I don't see the the similarities between the way the orcs in L2 look and aman look.

Except the Elins are way better. I was a fan of L2, but I didnt like the new Diablo direction they took it in. I would have liked them to try and compete with Tera. Maybe another True Action Combat as a phuck you back? I do prefer Kamael instead of Castanic.

Well the Amans are technically like dragon folk so the affiliation with fire is kind of a "duh". How are Castanics Satanic? Because they're mischievous? Sexual? Or just because of the horns? If you look into their backstory, it makes sense why they are the way they are. And High Elves are far from modest as well. They are just as sexual as Castanics, perhaps not with the hip-swaying and some of the movements but still.
Also one needs to remember that the "dark" vs. "light" has been a commonly used theme well before Christianity decided to use it (that was not an invitation to debate religion). So to say this theme was copied from one game to this game is a longshot. What is different about it in this game is the "light" and "dark" are not pitted against each other as they are in other games.

Castanic is just a play on words with Satanic like Kamael and Angel. The Devas too(Devil). Also, the Castanics killed Balder, one of the ancient gods. Lot of subtleties that i like here thats all.
