Hahahah yeah I don't mind playing a high elf male, but I'd feel ~really uncomfortable rolling Ellin.

Yes, you can absolutely make high elf males look "girly" but you can also make some that look pretty awesome. Just because you dont have gigantic muscles and a tiny head doesn't make you girly.
