New Elin armor is about 3X cooler than any other race's...

I am never happy with anything.

I have no way of verifying if BHS was actually apologizing with these, but seriousy, go look at the other class' armors and you tell ME why none of them are even half as awesome as the Elin armor. :P

Looks like clothing Queen Elizabeth or Victoria would wear. Translation: pass. BTW, Destian, you should be upset. Since the Elin are kids, they should be wearing kids clothes, not grandma's clothes.

Please tell me that's not what you meant. I'm holding out some tiny glimmer of hope here. I'd prefer you didn't crush it.

Elin fans complained that the armor looked bad.

BHS produced some awesome Elin armor (better than that of ANY other class, by a long shot).

What else do you want...?

Good looking armor fit for the Elin instead of grandma's clothes. Then again, why do I care? I cancelled my account. Oh, yeah. Never mind.

Something I do not understand is why EME can't meet at a half way point with their players on this. I understand why EME has done what they did.

The part that baffles me is why they just didn't include a little check box in their launcher options. Censorship off, pop up ... you agree that you are 18 years or older type of disclaimer. You hit accept. Click ok/apply .. and it downloads the original armors and such.

I would assume majority of the player base here, has seen anime. Though could be wrong.

Either way, anime really is no different. They don't even censor this type of thing on TV. Just my 2 cents.

I think this is BHS' apology to Elin players:

Weird, a wild little creature wearing formal dresses and detailed armors? you can do better EME.

That's simply because EME are a bunch of stuck-up prudes who see Elin as little girls. Their senior producer Brian Knox said it himself in one of his interviews. They want to us to bend over and accept their skewed POV. EME proceeded with the decision without bothering to ask us what we think or consulted us of that change. EME justifies that those changes are in the interest of the NA market. But who are they to tell us how we should think when those playing this game are mature enough to make their own perception on the Elin? Some would say they are trying to reach out to the mainstream. But this a Mature rated MMO and the mainstream shouldn't even be covered. If they truly want to cater to the NA market they shouldn't ignore the anime fans particularly the Elin playerbase because they are a large part of the market.

What did you expect? Vines for panties and shirts made out of leaves?

Idiot troll can't get his facts straight. Elin may be nature spirits but that doesn't classify them as being wild. And EME didn't create those designs. Blue Hole did.

I think I do. Some Korean executive probably made this decision and to change it would require admitting he was wrong. Not quite has to kill himself, but still, really big deal there, much more than here. It's a pride thing, which is why there is no chance at all of EME changing their mind.

Elins were originally design and created with panties and showing off bellies, if someone who can't get something straight is you, spamming aroung every Elin thread you see and acting like the forum's hero, like EME or anything gives a [filtered] about you say or if i give a sht about what a idiot like you say to me.

Asian game developers losing face due to bad business decisions is nothing new. Take a look at Square-Enix and even NC Soft. I know that Japanese and Koreans can be very prideful but they can be also be quite diplomatic and accommodating. To cling to one's pride will just worsen his/her image. It's more acceptable now to admit their mistakes and ensure the trust of their customers with commitment on improvements.
