Hi, I recently preordered the game but I haven't played any of the betas. I haven't been able to find any information on this but, do all the races do the same damage or do they do different base damage?
Ex: Aman slayer vs a Popori Slayer, both lvl 1 with starting gear? Will the Aman deal more damage than the Popori since they are bigger and "stronger"? Or will the Popori match the Aman in damage despite being half the Aman's size?
You will have 100% identical stats, including health, damage, defence, etc.
Only race that will ever deal more damage is Castanic, with a 1% greater chance to crit when attacking from behind.
Thanks for the reply :) Its a little odd that they would do the same damage considering their size difference... oh well. Now...do I want to play a sexy demon girl.... a cute fox girl.... or a fuzzball...:P
They wanted choice of race to be inconsequential. :)
Personally, I say Popori! They are very cute, and there are never enough of them. Here in NA, there are far too many Castanics, and Elin are very prominent in any region. So boring! Pick the fuzzball. ♥
I was planning on making a warrior just because they look like fun :) although I'm not sure if I'll be "pro" enough to handle it or if I'll be one of the scrubs that plays it and then deletes it.
I read that the Elin have a slightly faster combo attack than all the other races...can anyone confirm this? Are the Elin and Popari combo attacks the same or are they different? I also saw a video on it but it only showed the Elin and Aman warriors. Combined with the Elin's racial, this would help me run from ganks :P as I'm playing on a PVP server for the first time. PVP sounds interesting but if I can get a bunch of mobs to kill them, then why not? :P
