I don't think they will ever change, add-to, or expand upon the race options.
If it hasn't happened in K-TERA, you can be pretty sure it will not happen here.
(And if it does, it will be so "westernized" it won't be worth it anymore xD)

Satyr? I always thought they had human upper half(Aside horns), and then goat lower half. But its a thought..
