It took me ages to make a manly looking elf. Finally got there in the end though :p

Lies!!! That is impossible :)

Got Pictures to prove it?

Heck, we don't even have a Forum Icon

How races are seen by En Masse in PC Gamer Magazine
Aman:Proud and Strong
Baraka:Peaceful, Noble
Castanic:Bold and Brash
Elin: Divine Children of Elinu (Ends a certain highly contested debate)
Human: Optimistic, Curious
Popori: Fast, Fickle, Deadly
High Elves:Magical

I felt really short changed by the high elf description. Though "Fear me I am Magical!" might sound better than "Fear me I am Optimistic and Curious!" hehe.

^ The above is an edit ^
I am a male high elf slayer so the mana regen on death does absolutely nothing, the mana racial does pretty much nothing. I'd consider it an even trade with 50% fall damage reduction at this point, and I don't worry about fall damage at all.

Sure I went one of the worst race/class combinations but I had no idea when I started my character, doesn't change the fact high elves get 4 while everyone gets 5.

Doesn't bother me. Its a 1hr to 2hr cool down on racials. 99% of the time I don't even know that they are there.

Its the lack of an incombat passive that bothers me, although the only really useful one is the castanic crit, well unless someone can tell me if the Aman dot damage reduction is powerful. Rather all the passive be more survival/utility oriented and see a change to the castanic one than anything else. The offensive power of that one, especially for me as a slayer, is really tempting.
