Understand why Elves are useless in TERA

I've already posted a topic about it long ago in these forums but still got no answer. So I hope with the feedback forums we get some admin statement here.

Its CLEAR how the elves have been left behind among the other races of TERA.
Lets face the facts and analyze elves racials:

First of all:
- Despite the racial skills, every single race has got a teleport to somewhere when they reach a certain lvl. Poporis, Elins and Humans get a Teleport to Velika at lower levels, Elves and Barakas get a teleport to Allemantheia at mid levels and Aman and Castanic races get to go to Kaitor at higher levels.

So we understand as that teleports are a common thing for every race in TERA, as well as the crafting bonus for some sort of equipment and material.
The problem is, even with the teleport all other races have got 4 other racials, while elves got only THREE.
I would like very much an explanation from the devs for such a rape over the elves.
Isn't enough that we got a single stupid function ability called Core Infusion which fills your mana (oh! so cool) and has a little cooldown of TWO HOURS?

Every other race in this game has something usefull, humans cannot be easely knocked down or paralized for 3min, with a cooldown of one hour, even more, they got buff of damage reduction when their HP reaches 30% or lower, wich is passive skill.

Poporis and Elin can walk free between enemies with a cooldown of 1 hour, or have move speed increased with a 30min cooldown.

Barakas can replenish all their health which is way more effective than mana! Besides HP is something that will keep you alive and battle, mana won't! Their stamina wont fall below 20%, EVER. They have passive skill that resists in 10% from being binded or paralyzed.

Amans have some sort of variation of humans racials and a passive that increases their resistance to dot effects.

And Castanics can run faster with low cooldown (30min) + chance of critical strike when attacking from behind + in war they almost dont take damage when falling from higher places.

So I wonder why the creators of this game made the elves so useless?
1 Racial skill less than the other races
1 Single useless skill that replenshis mana (No one needs mana in this game, crystals can take care of that, neither the mana pool will ever be bigger than the HP pool). The skill has two hours of cooldown. It means that this is the kind of skill thats never going to be used, cause the player will always think: - OMG, its 2hours, I cannot waste this with bull[filtered].
1 Passive useless skills that heals mana when you're ressurected (yes, you need to die to get something).

Please... we have potions in the game, we dont need a second mana racial. And the time you'll need to wait for your HP to be restored will always be higher.

Come on! Races should be equal!
This is so wrong!
Give the elves another racial and lower that stupid cooldown of 2hrs for a mana skill!

Please people, comment this thread we need something to be done!

I think you are a little confused Wargasm. this is a topic about game balance, which is important for a MMORPG to be successfull, not boob balance. But, considering your nickname and your comment I dont expect much of your resolution of my text.

I think replenishing a full mana bar is just a tad more OP then you are making it out to be....just saying.

It could be something usefull with a lower cooldown. But never OP.
I think you have not played until higher levels, mana is not a problem at all.

From a PvE standpoint, i would kill things for that racial.
From a PvP standpoint, I don't see myself using it much.

Very few of the racials are probably actually going to be major players in the PvP realm due to long cool-down constraints, so you should be glad that Elves get a useful combat skill in general if you're planning on making one as your main character. I will have to agree with you that the racial bonuses seem to be skewed at this point, but they should be rather easy to tweak once we see how they play out in actual game scenarios.

The elf racial is good for pre-loading Alpha Strikes in a fight without having to use combo attacks as a Zerker/Slayer.

But this shouldn't be a discussion on whether Core Infusion is good or not, the issue is that it's not good ENOUGH to warrant one less racial abilities than the other races.

At this point, I'm thinking of choosing my Zerker race based on what type of gathering/crafting I'll want to do.

Now, if instead of the 'mana buff upon resurrection', the Elves just had a minor MP regen on at all times...THEN having only 3 racials would make sense.

Elves definitely need some buffing on their racials. Maybe skills costing less mana while under 30% of total mana as an additional passive trait? On-death racial is really a joke.
